A beautiful, spacious, comfortable holiday home with amazing sea views. This house is
situated right on the beach… 10 steps and yours toes are in the sand.
The House on the Beach sleeps 10, with three double rooms and a small bunk room. The main
bedroom is very large with an extra length king size bed. The second bedroom is equally large,
and also has an extra length king size bed. Both of these bedrooms have beautiful sea views
and have sliding doors that open onto a covered veranda. The third bedroom has a queen bed
and 2 single beds, while the small fourth bedroom has bunk beds and is suitable for children
only. There are two bathrooms in total, one a full bathroom with both bath and shower and the
other with a shower only.
The living area is open plan and the kitchen, lounge, and dining area offer stunning views of the
beach and sea. The kitchen is fully equipped, with a stand-alone cooker (with gas hob and
electric oven), microwave, dishwasher and two fridges. The latter are located in a pantry off the
kitchen which also has ample space for provisions. A chest freezer, bait freezer and double
door drinks fridge are located in the storeroom. There is a separate laundry with a washing
machine and tumbledryer.
The large veranda along the front of the house is ideal for relaxing out of the sun and watching
the sea. And if the outdoors is your thing, you will love the braai with a view and the fire pit,
which affords a spectacular view up the beach.
The house runs off tank water so municipal water disruptions are not an issue (although water
does need to be used sparingly). The house has an invertor system, which runs the entire
house, except the geysers and oven. There is also a 6KVA generator (this is manual and will
need to be started) which keeps lights and fridges on during extended power outages.
