There is the added bonus of piped rain water, as well as backup town water,
ensuring no water disruptions. There is a GENERATOR to keep the lights and
fridges on during rare power interruptions. In addition, there is an indoor gas stove
and gas braai in case of power interruption. Gas is supplied. 24-7 alarmed security is
provided. There is storage space in the double garage and kitchenette.
