Doorstep Laze

Doorstep Laze is a lovely old Dutch cape farmhouse close to the beach. It is one of the oldest and first houses in Kei Mouth. This is where you reunite with family and friends, where time stands still and you can completely recharge. The space gives you enough privacy yet enough space to share when sharing time with your companions, making food, braai or for any social gathering. Sunrise with coffee on the deck. Given nostalgia with a warm and welcoming feeling to guests whilst lazé.

Doorstep Laze has 3 rooms, all laid out for 2 guests. It sleeps a total of 8 guests.  It has a fully equipped kitchen with fridge and freezers, microwave, gas stove with electric oven.  The 2 lounge / dining areas is comfortable for all your family wining and dining as well to relaxed with your favorite book or just watch TV.  It has 2 outside areas where you can enjoy an early morning breakfast or have a family braai close to the kitchen area.  The house is equipped with 2 bathrooms and has outside facilities just big enough to keep everyone safe and secure. Families love to enjoy the freedom of being at home from home. The house lives easily and has enough space for everyone to feel comfortable in their own space.  This is a living love and harmonious house with a ambiance of comfort.  Doorstep Laze is situated about 200m from the beach and close to all activities in Kei Mouth and Morgans Bay.

Guest Access

Although Doorstep Laze is in the centre of the lovely village – it is best to have a vehicle or travel equipment close by.  You can easily drive or walk to the nearest restaurants, and small shopping stores and enjoy all of the secrets and viewpoints available.  Safe parking is available in the yard as well as in front of the house.
